I'm interested in career advancement here at Humana and was wondering what organizations/teams would you NOT recommend moving to for grown/development/security, etc, and more importantly WHY?

@ea It's a double whammy on the centerwell side. We have lower pay and incompetent leaders.

@ea totally agree with the previous post. AVOID clinical ops !
I would strongly recommend avoiding anything Centerwell related as their pay and benefits are not comparable to Humana insurance side. I would also strongly suggest avoiding the Clinical operations organization as their culture is toxic on most teams and the leader grossly incompetent.
