Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Sad Disney movie remake!

State Farm is like a sad Disney movie remake. I would love to see South Park do a parody on State Farm. I love to hear JF talking about establishing our "World Class" culture. LOL! Maybe trailer trash, help your richest uncle take off the wheels on his new house culture. For anyone thinking about coming to work at SF do not even consider it. If you have State Farm insurance cancel all your policies, the company is a scam. If you are still working here get out ASAP. This place is Chernobyl, just a total toxic melt down that is getting worse every day. Sh-t hole!

They still think that anyone can do the job. Id--ts stuck in the corn field of Bloomington. These people are so out of touch with reality it is painful.

I started here back in July and I going to work through March to get my EIP and I'm out. This place is a complete and total disaster and leadership has absolutely no clue what they are doing. Agent's/staff are useless smartarss every time they call, people are always pi---d because we try to short change every estimate, try to do everything virtually and are sick an tired of how expensive SF is. The people SF has hired are a joke and have no business working here. Most of them can't put air in their own tires or change a light bulb without written instructions. SF has a very "woke" workforce, especially leadership and like everyone else they have not learned their lesson yet. Maybe when SF hits #3 they will figure out you can't just hire anyone from the enter cities in Dallas, Phoenix or Atlanta.

They all mix in the same circles, read the same books, belong to the same clubs and lock arms to bend you over and drain every once of blood from your soul you have left. Its the America way!

I think we should begun to question the qualifications and ability of the SF board to actually hold JF and his cronies accountable.

Well what did you think was going to happen when they "reimagined" Jake....pretty sure that was a dead giveaway to the future state model! Just look around the office....not hard to miss!
