There's a buzz new round of changes are coming ONCE AGAIN to people's manager.
Chapter leads, group chapter leads, delivery team leads are going to have new fancy titles.
Not sure what's the future for associates level 5-7.
Anyone knows what's the new team structure?
They will expand one team leader model instead of Squad and Chapter leaders beyond platform teams.
I appreciate our current scrum master for precisely doing nothing other than the scrum rituals and ceremonies. My previous one, who tries too hard to prove his value, is a distraction if not hindrance: weekly one-on-one, beating the sh*t out of the meaningless metrics, demoralize our star developers based on the made-up KPI of cycle time... What a waste of time!

Yes, looks like pure agile is on way out. It slowed down everything. Some form of hybrid between old way and agile might be the new thing. Titles changing, squads getting larger than 8 members , merging of squads may happen.
We should phase out the GCL role The responsibilities are too vague and do not align with team or technical org structure.Most of them are completely useless also
