In Asia, tentatively by mid of November.
I believe first round is slotted for Nov 14 in US; would assume managers know by now.

I heard the layoff will be finalized by the second week of November for the majority.

@OP is there some information you have that we don't? Shankar was directly asked in an all hands and he said layoffs would be complete by the end of the calendar year. also companies will sometimes keep the employees on the books for several weeks in lieu of the advance layoff notice they need to give to affected employees and state unemployment offices
