@a3 Trumps running the same playbook he did before and OPEC will as well. No one should be surprised but here we are. It's the old bo-m and bust joke again and again. Cheap oil is good for many things, our jobs are not one of them. I agree, Harper would have made amazing deals, even Pierre would do better than the current PM, get ready for some more "sacrifices" as Carney has just mentioned.

It’s a combination of crude pricing, our leadership, and of course Trump. I think the current state of Canada would completely be different and overwhelmingly positive had Harper won in 2015. Sunny ways, my a-s!
