At least for UK staff, WFA days cut from 10 to 8 and volunteering days cut from 3 to 1.

@mc are you sure the personal days stay? They said they would be absorbed into vac so it might be 23 days total

Also, seniority means nothing anymore. Everyone will get the same amount of vacation days. Doesn't pay to stay here.

What a dump. Reducing wfa days was d-mb especially if you now have to take it in 2 days blocks.

They really want drones and not bodies. It’s fu--ing sad. Happy people means happy work. Happy work means letting people work from fu--ing home when they need to. I may use a WFA day instead of a sick day for a kid. Now? Fu-k you don’t expect me in and I’m not rushing to do my work when I get back.

Trust me working from the office does me no good when all the office elsewhere and everything is a teams meeting.

Below VP is 23 days plus 3
VP, SVP, and Director is 25 days plus 3
Anyone above Director is 28 days plus 3

Good for newer employees and us old heads are happy for you. . But please have empathy for those of us who have dedicated decades here, are relied upon heavily as SMEs and keep having benefits removed from us as well as being specifically targeted to be terminated for false reasons just because we were from a generation brought up to be dedicated to a company. I suspect this is the straw to break the camel’s back. Those of us SMEs who remain will bounce as soon as the economy improves.

If you’re just joining the company it’s pretty competitive time off. I had 10 vacation days out of college. Now the minimum is 23! Crazy

Too bad about reducing the WFA days from 10 to 8. How much does that even save the company?

They also no longer offer the option to purchase a week of vacation.

They have, however, benefited new employees by eliminating seniority. New day 1 employees now get the same vacation as someone who has been dedicated to the company for 24 years.

Too bad for those who were about to reach their 25 year milestone next year because they no long offer an extra week vacation for that. In effect, they have taken 2 weeks of vacation away from employees in their 24th year here.

Good luck trying to schedule vacation days now with new employees getting so much vacation. Everyone will be fighting over scheduling individual days around holidays, Monday, and Fridays.

It’s going to be a sh-t show.

So more days in the office, less wfa days.
Vacation doesn’t pay out when you separate from the company. 401k doesn’t match till the end of the year. Not seeing many benefits for employees. Deff lots of cuts for a stronger share price
