Can someone share light on what are the bonuses for the marketing team at Wealth and IM? When I joined HR said it is anywhere from 30-55% of your base salary. I joined as SVP of product marketing from big asset management firm and we used to get only 20% so was surprised that the bonus range was so high? Also, when do they payout your bonuses?

I actually think that’s probably reasonable, but I’d expect more like the 30% than the 55% for that role, especially in the first year. Marketing is pretty middle of the road for bonuses, it’s not ops or other back office that gets practically nothing, but its also not the revenue generating center (in WM that’s the client strategists, private bankers, portfolio managers, etc.) where you’d probably get north of your stated range.

If you are an SVP level, why in the world would you be on here in the dark asking about bonuses and when they are given?
I got $60k as bonus in WM for 2 years and than I was let go. So yes you do get 30-35% of your bonus in WM atleast in marketing. Make sure you come as an a-s kisser and always have an AI related answer on how it helped you every conversation with the managing director of marketing. She loves that AI sh-t. They are all air heads in marketing
You will be surprised to learn that they lied to you about that range, much lower.
