Do nothing supervisor class insecure when they see American engineers with competence! So they always demand indentured engineering talent from third world countries and they know those engineers will silently go along with the exploitation.
Companies aren’t supposed to stop recruiting Americans they are supposed to consider existing H1B workers as temporary.
LCA job postings are hidden so qualified Americans will not apply.
They will lay off good sovereign citizens while promoting indentured workers through H1B!
Just incase you're not aware, LCA's are required to be filed for visa extension of current employees, change in responsibilities like promotions as well...they might not be new...
