@dk, spot on. Any meaningful info on fa*al events this year has come from the bottom up (word of mouth) or public news sources. No one looks to leaders for info any more, because all they provide is sanitized platitudes. Nothing concrete to reflect on, learn from, or improve upon. Zero respect for this current batch of leaders who apparently cannot practice the directness and accountability they preach.
