@a8 You’re right, they didn’t pay me to leave, they bribed me not to sue over age discrimination. I was the oldest in my department with one of the highest review numbers in this department. Why did I take the money and not sue because who wants to stay somewhere where they will just make my life he-l. I collected my severance and then unemployment. Believe it or not my life is better now
