Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Is there somewhere an official RTO Policy & Procedure Document?

I see so many exceptions, I just want to read the whole thing. Where to look for this RTO document? I am not asking for sharing it publicly, just tell me where to look and I will find it.

The exceptions you are referring to are legendary.
They are top secret.
The rules don’t apply to everyone, and certainly not to contractors.

Yep, it's on the HR Onestop Shop or whatever they call it. Look for a How and Where We Work section and the document is there.

You will need to get footage of John's colonoscopy to see that document.

Yes, it's located in the same repository that the metrics showing increased productivity due to RTO are at.

No official rules because the decision of giving anyone an RTO exception (and there are thousands of them even in hubs) is from your own manager.

It’s a formula, not a document.

5x8 or _

Fill in the blank.
