It’s better to be clear and consistent

Don't forget, you're being paid for working when you feel like it. You don't owe the company anything for the salary that they pay you. It's the company's privilege that you work for them (you know, when and where you feel like it). When you don't feel appreciated, it's definitely not because you take half days, spend all of your time out of the office and haven't met a deadline in 6 years.
But before applying at HD remember that not only will they post your schedule, theyll write you up for being late and will expect you to do actual work the entire time you're there. Doubt that would be a good fit for people who think its illegal to be told when and where to work. They are lucky not to be homeless.
I had an interview with a recruiter last week and, when explaining the role, she said that it involves a hybrid schedule of three days a week, but it is subject to change.
@a5 god I’d love to work at Home Depot at this point….
in terms of days in office. some do and some don't. I've seen things like hybrid schedule, or 3 days in office, etc. nothing yet on hours, but you could argue a day in office is 8 hours if it's a full-time job
If you need this clarification then you shoundn't apply for a corporate job and apply @ home depot, where the schedules are posted for you in the break room
