I’ve been hearing rumors of layoffs - that it was supposed to happen in September, then October (but still nothing) and I also heard December. Does anyone know when?

@ch pepsico has become a sick and toxic environment and without a proper shake up at the very top of PEP leadership there is nothing positive on the horizon for the company nor for us still working in this cesspool . S&T has played a big role in that downfall

I know many people are depending on employment at PepsiCo but I’ve never seen sooo many people hoping for VRPs / layoffs. Waiting for OHS deadline is probably not going to help.? Upper management has destroyed a once great company. It’s obvious in the culture which spills into results and stock advancements
