Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

A question for those of us who were laid off this year

Hi - i’m just wondering if anyone knows when we will get paid out our vacation days. There’s no way my vacation days were paid off for my seemingly last pay check I just received. Can we expect it with our severance or is this another kind of pay check we are getting? Sorry this is my first experience ever with this. Also have a baby on the way and am needing everything I can get from them that is mine.

You should receive on last paycheck November 7 which will cover pay for the second half of October.

@OP You only get paid out for vacation earned through your last day on payroll. You should have received on your final paycheck. Check your payslip for details. If you did not receive payslip reach out to payroll for a copy which should tell you how many hours were earned to be paid out through your last day. You are also entitled to 2 Personal days if you did not use them in 2025. Good luck to you.

It is part of your last paycheck that includes payment for the last day you worked. You can email HR to get an electronic copy is your paystub.
