Two surveys today in email and neither one works. Are they trying to trick us?

The link was dead on one of the surveys. I went back this morning to see if it was fixed but it was not. The note basically said the survey is undergoing updates but thanks for trying. It has a submit button that records our name and email address.

I reported one as SPAM and got back that it was "low risk". They still looked suspicious even though they didn't have "From External Sender" attached. I'm not doing it. Both seemed like a waste of time regardless of if they are legit or not.
