No rumors? Nothing at all? Strange! I'm also curious on how WFH is going in USA, in Europe nothing changed as far as I know (many peer competitors still offer 3 days a week here, while AIG has only 2)

As mentioned above, morale is awful. Ever since Rich Wolff left primary claims has been a mess and getting worse. So many quality colleagues are leaving or have already left.
Morale is the worst I have ever seen so I think most people just don’t care anymore. ‘Leadership’ is a joke at AIG and despite stupid efforts like ‘Community Leaders Network’ that people were told to be part of, it isn’t going to get better. Likely worse once John N joins officially in 2026 and he will question all decisions made and it will create more work to justify decisions, spend, etc
@ha it's quiet because there's hardly anyone left. There were the AIG NEXT RIFs, then a lot of the people who were loudly complaining about it all quit and went elsewhere. That made it much quieter on here.
Now if you look on Linkedin, it's the quiet quitters. Lots of people who have been at AIG their whole career now leaving after decades.
@ha It's 4 days in office for us :(
No changes that I know of, still 3 days a week at my location (US). I was also wondering, why is it so quiet around here?
