It isn't just about GK or her MC or Trump or whatever else. Given the adoption of AI and full steam ahead on offshoring to cheaper labor countries like India, Argentina, Ireland, Poland, UK and Philippines ... it is just the natural progression in the changes towards what has been our ways of working.

@c5 I'm not a GK fan but she's far from the only problematic leader here. Several more need to go for any significant improvement to occur.

Rolling layoffs will be a norm for the foreseeable future across many industries. This is being fueled further by the wild government we have right now. Companies are building up cash reserves by implementing “operational efficiencies”. Corporate speak for you and I always at-risk of losing our jobs. Not. Fun.

Morale is already in the toilet. It's going to be rough for a couple years until GK is eventually pushed out.
