So now I'm hearing they will be announcing layoffs after the Nov 4th quarter results global meeting. This is out of oklahoma city call center. How viable is this rumor?

There must be a list as I did not receive the exit survey but i know of several people in the same dept that did.
When you run a company by making anyone with 2 brain cells a Sr Director it’s bound to happen. Kids 2 years out of college that wouldn’t even be a manager at a real company are getting inflated titles. And you wonder why it’s failing.

Don’t worry. It’s a blessing to get out of this company. Apply somewhere more stable. Revenue has to be made to pay the people with big titles for useless positions because we “like” them.

It’s hertz. Layoffs are all the time. Unfortunately not a stable company. And with the current leadership, every man and woman for themselves.
Yeah hearing that from a friend in legal. They are already putting together the “envelopes” just in time for Thanksgiving.
