Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

Compliance

I believe I am being unfairly singled out by one of the Senior Directors within Superior Compliance. It has come to my attention that this individual has made unprofessional remarks about team members via Teams and has demonstrated behavior that could be described as undermining and unsupportive. Her conduct has contributed to a challenging and uncomfortable work environment.

I know this group. I can assure that you are. Compliance and Corporate LOB leaders are unprofessional. Ive seen it. They also talk cr-p about each other to staff.

@eq no. Let them say their piece. Perhaps they need guidance and feel safe here. There are bad leaders at Centene that unfairly target good hardworking employees. I had the misfortune of reporting to one for over a year before I got away. (And God help those reporting to her because she is still there…). You gave them the advice they needed to hear to file a formal complaint. No need to accuse them of whining or assume their accusations are dubious. I personally experienced mental abuse under that leader. But she’s good at hiding her tracks and I could not prove it. People didn’t speak up for me when I was being treated horribly. They felt bad but they didn’t want to get involved. Perhaps OP feels safe here to ask what they should do.

@OP, report it and/or go to another department. It’s what I had to do. If you are truly a good employee doing your job, other leaders see it. Don’t let one bad apple ruin your work ethic. Just know I know what you’re going through.
