The place is a shithole. Offices closing left, right and centre and they are still enforcing the bell(end) curve. My advice is don’t do anymore than what you are paid for as soon as 5 strikes walk out that door. Get yourself a job that means something.

Performance reviews used to be to the benefit of the employee to help them understand their accomplishments, weaknesses and opportunities. It was also a time when management could reflect on team building to meet the vision of the skillset requirements to meet current/ future deliverables.

The performance review today is nothing more than a manipulative tool for upper management to leverage in achieving lower headcounts. The frontline manager writing up the performance reviews is nothing more than a pawn that assists in the facilitation of upper management directives and the ringfencing of employees into desirable forced ranking/ PIP mandates.

@av mgmt does push back and literally gets told its not optional by upper mgmt. if lower level dont make changes which we havent, upper does it regardless. Everyone needs to report the company or it wont stop. We all have local leaders and each state has EEOC plus put it on record with ethics. Mgmt knows there are forced rankings can testify too the bullsh-t as well. Stay silent this sh-t continues while we get let go and india makes out taking our jobs

A mid year just done 8 weeks ago. The entire process is meaningless, especially with forced rankings.
Shame on you Bny, and shame on the managers rhat don't push back on these 2 clowns that only care about $$$$$$$ for their stock ownership.
