Difficult day today for us old P&I staffers....seems like our entire MGT team has been wiped out. Tammy's reign of fire is upon us. I'm gonna believe her heart is in the right place but I'm in the minority. The mess that Deb Thorpe created (why was she feted so much when she left???) has finally come to bite us in the a-s. I don't feel good about where we're heading, gang.

@6ry read the last decade of 10k’s. If you even know how. P&I is the beer belly of the business, an anchor on profitability. That business is as simple as staffing can be, and you guys need an army of people to pull it off….su-king up the already anorexic GP margins you produce. You su-k at pricing and you su-k at delivering. Who cares about your high revenue client if you are dropping less than 1% to Earnings? Doesn’t help that your Staffing IQ has been stunted by bitter misplaced arrogance.

Thank god they were wiped out. How many years of decline were we suppose to tolerate. If you are in P&I…for moat of you, you should be embarrassed. It’s rudimentary staffing, and you don’t do a good job at it. And you usually sc--w the rest of the company with your cr-ppy contracts. That whole leadership team needed to go….. and honestly most of you legacy Kelly Field staff need to go to. I heard an employbridge is probably hiring. Go bring your lackluster brand of mediocre recruiting and account management over there…. I have my own problems with Kelly…but P&I folks are a joke.

@OP She'd have to have a heart for it to be in the right place. Her ego is driving decisions and I can guarantee we will look back in a few months and P & I will be a pile of smoldering ashes. RIP Kelly.
@OP Deb Thorpe totally sc--wed P&I then jumped ship when it started failing. It's been rolling down hill ever since. I think the hole is too deep to dig out of now. They keep trying to reset and hope for a miracle.
