Lay off in May - Job Posted in October

I was let go in May - Reduction in Force, and now a recruiter not from CVS has called me regarding the same position - this is in Procurement - Toxic

@b0 Very common. I just posted something similar. Its a cycle designed to hire new people at lower pay.

Very common for CVS and Aetna fo rehire into the same role for lower pay. They know they need the role the just want to pay less. When they do layoffs its to eliminate the person not the role. They disguise it differently. Example someone makes 70K midpoint but entry is 48K. They will layoff 70K and rehire 48K.

I had the same thing happen. Not same role or group.
When I asked what the salary was for the role. It was 20k a year less.
