Here is my take after surviving every RIF. Assuming there is a large scale one: L6’s and L7s go and teams are consolidated. In Finance this is what Bob did in the last one. Teams where TI is currently doing their jobs will be cut. Only about 10% may be cut overall if that’s what is happening. So a 90% chance of staying is pretty good.
