It’s always the experienced, skilled, and competent people who are shown the door first. Being older only makes it worse. It just proves that no company truly values expertise, hard work, or dedication. If they think they can run things with cheap labor and inexperienced replacements, let them try. We’ll see how far that gets them.

@bf they truly don't care. Some managers HAVE pushed an employee to that point. . Purely based on their need to show who's "boss". But no, we don't talk about that stuff around here.
They let go of two truly amazing people today!! One was a major part of the ACES team and held a VP position. He was such a kind and honest man and the other was a specialist forced to retire early! The second gentleman was a true believer in Jesus and has a pure soul!! Either one would take time out of their day for anyone!! Shame on you Steve and shame on your board members to let this happen year after year! None of you have a backbone. I hope all your bonuses eat you alive while people are trying to keep their lives together after giving everything to Xerox! If someone takes their own life because they just list everything i pray you realize their blood is on your hands. Your messing with people's livelihood!! Shame shame shameful 😔
