this email capture bs is sooooo annoying!!! no one wants to give me their email when they are buying a .10 cent scantron or a candy bar, no matter how many times I ask! pushing us to do more work with no incentive once again!

Be sure to let your campus IT leader know and ask them if a HECVAT has been done or is required from the lease operator. A big market exists for selling this information to companies off campus.
OTC contacting students via email to confirm the store has overpriced merchandise and bad customer service but can’t afford paid staff but can call someone the store CEO?
Broken, definitely broken!
@x0 we don't use burners at my store and get above 50%>. Still su-ks tho
Any store with higher than 40% is using burner email addresses. I cannot believe RMs and above really think they are collecting actual email addresses. I will not believe otherwise until they show a store that collected 60% emails and they can show that number of legit and different emails were captured.
I do enjoy taking the survey. If a customer can give bad store review because prices are too high, I can take as many surveys as I want. At least when I take the survey I have the control over the answers. Cannot fix or address the negative reviews about pricing, availability, assortment, etc that is in the negative comments.
Probably a great, innovative idea from our new store CEOs!
Brilliant!
I remember the surveys. This is how old I am I used to collect them and give us positive reviews at random pay phones. Haha!!
So this has been demanded in the past (flavor of the month). So what is the use for these emails from OTC (aka THE IVORY TOWER)?
Massive marketing campaign to a disinterested audience who does financially better shopping Amazon?
Impressing Senior Management with old/new ideas or selling email addresses to a third party???
Same...we have a few throwaway we use.
I just make up an email.
