@m8 not for meta. Total comp is widely and reliably reported.
Honeywell is cheap and offers no legitimate path to stock ownership. I have been given options a few times and their value is significant after many years .. but nothing like the average comp at meta.
I'm a Principal Engineer at PHX Engines with more nearly 25 years of experience. The $1M salary claim for Principal Engineers is extremely exaggerated.
I believe those salaries fall under the category of wishful thinking. Nobody at Honeywell should dream that big.

No this will not give you access to the best talent in the world. It gives you access to to average talent. The best just leaped out of your reach forever with a positions like principal engineer earning $1M or more at FANG companies. Yes this is true.
