Senior leaders who gaslight us on your quarterly meetings…middle managers who know all this is wrong but still enable the system to save your own skin…not sure who is worse, but you’re both spineless and willing to sell your souls for a few dollars more…people who troll this website are lost, just quit and move on with your lives. Seriously, when has it EVER been different at this or any other Bank or even any other Corporation? I speak as someone who's been here over 10 years and things were not any different under Stumpf/Sloan, there was just no chance of being laid off.
Corporations su-k, attract the worst in talented leadership, but somehow make profits anyway. Either accept this and enjoy your paycheck, or GTFO.

@bd I expect you to lead your team. I expect you to inspire and motivate. I expect YOU to know what will drive success for your team and lead the charge. YOU aren’t doing your job if you are looking at a dashboard and calling Mommy/HR to help you performance manage Bob who isn’t motivated because you couldn’t inspire him.
I don't know why some of you try to bash middle managers because they are towing the line or doing what they are told. They didn't make the rules and you expect them to quit over pride? Pride is why some of you are still complaining why the make minimum wage. Sometimes you need to swallow that stuff to make anything if yourself.
