Does four hours PTO still count as an in office day?

yes it does.
I have enough pto to use 4 hours pto 3 times a week until 2026 and then get more pto to last until bonus time...I will be shocked when wells fargo plays the victim card when people leave in mass exodus...so I hope..

How hard you work is irrelevant here, unless your version of 'hard work' is permanently moving to India and being willing to work for I&P wages. You'd likely also need to change yote name, and appearance, in order to even get hired.

Holy $hiit. Ask your manager. If people worked as hard as the do trying to figure out how to beat the system we wouldn’t be having this discussion.
