Who filled out the Pulse survey? And more importantly - were you brutally honest?

Nope. I don't fill them out anymore.
honest and compelled to “voluntarily” separate with last VSP because “role was going away”. integrity and honesty are just ink on the paper to these people.
Remember that the RTO decision based on what people said in the last Pulse survey! You spoke, they listened! Go V Teamers.
I heard about a snr director who scored zero on their trust score but they are still here…shows pulse doesn’t achieve anything…feel sorry for their team
If management are making any decisions based on pulse I’d be worried…it’s meaningless
If you are honest and score low you get the extra work of an action plan…if you score things high you get left alone…
The last question is " What has you manager implemented or changed from the last survey " my response " absolutely nothing" "the layer's of do nothing micromanaging ,do nothings is truly mind boggling at this company
They know who filled out each survey. Don’t be fooled by the its anonymous BS. You logged on to the network with your credentials and each survey has its own link.
@OP surveys are done right before bad news.
Just don't fill it out before the (alleged) layoff notices coming on the 23rd.
all 5's from me for the 12th survey in a row
can't be bothered
Never honest- they track responses. Everything is rainbows and unicorns is what my team would say.
I was and tbh for all bashers, our team did complain about our VP and she was let go based on that (our mutual feeling). So yes I was brutally honest and so should everyone else be as well
Honest yes but no one cares… only worried about participation so probably best don’t do it and send message
