GEHC is a bloated organization with too many redundant positions in the field, including multiple presidents/VP's/finance/comm ops in current zone structure. Actually need more layoffs, not less - in middle management and above. As long as the stock price continues to crater layoffs will always be on the table.

What is that about rto? Is very different from layoff. Do not mix 2 different things. I hope all remote “i work so hard”ers get cut. Work so hard in FL or Hawaii, yeah right.
