No. The exception to this is if you’re in a state that mandates it by law (CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, MO, NE, ND, RI), if you retire instead, or if you still have hours in the old pay out plan (very few people do).
Back in the day, yes you would get paid out based on how many vacation hours you had banked. Since they moved to unlimited vacation for certain roles, this means they don't have to pay out anything if you get laid off.

No, you don’t get paid out for unused PTO at any level. This is in the employee handbook.
PTO accrual doesn’t exist for L6 and above.
PTO payout can also be state-specific.
