Every time someone posts about working insane hours like it’s some badge of honor, I cringe. You’re not impressing anyone. You’re just proving that the company can take advantage of your loyalty without paying more. When will people finally wake up and realize this?

I kind of just assumed that the double tripple booked people are doing interviews.
How is anyone "doubled or triple booked" - so important - have meetings all day at the same time - oh my. BS - these people need to wake up and realize how much people can't stand them,
Amen! I hate it when people do this. In my last role we had a person who did this all the time. Wanted to be a damn martyr. She wasn’t married and didn’t have kids so I think it might be part of the problem. But it just made her toxic because then she’d bi--h about others behind their back and talk about how they didn’t work enough. People kissed the ground she walked on or made fun of her behind her back. I’m glad I moved on to a new role. I laughed recently because I saw someone get promoted to a director over her. Ha! See hard work doesn’t pay off
