When NS shutdown the Roanoke, VA shops back in mid 2020 and the classification hump, I knew it wasn't going to be good...and honestly it was a mistake for them to leave!

The company could care less about “ historical value”. The same way UP will not care about Atlanta.
Consolidations of work at Altoona, lost the ability to adjust for work volume, NS Management had no sense of the historical value of Roanoke and the quality of work they could perform.
Moved all office staff to Atl after the new building was completed.
After Moorman retired the company went down hill and answered only to the hedge fund boys, no company left after this takeover.
Just saying.
It was a mistake to shut down the 110 building too!
