what do you expect from a company that hasn't had a vision since Irwin retired 16 years ago?
Jobs leaving the US, nepotism, too many Indian politics and segregation.
Main reason: It has morphed into a sh---y Indian company.
@bt for those good engineer who got laid off. They moved to better companies and made a lot more money. Please,Guys , move on and leave that shxx hxxx asap. U make a lot more money than Q and better life too . Wish you a wonderful day!!!
PMIC Santa is getting cream Pai from India. Next level collaboration to boot out Todd Mutton. I swear something is brewing to exterminate the wave riders toad gang. Toad days are numbered, all hail Santa.
All the good engineers were laid off. We built an amazing product, and next thing we knew, our work and jobs were transferred to India. That’s how a company begins its downfall, when it stops diversifying talent and puts all its eggs in one basket.
@bc
india needs to start creating its own useful companies
that aren't copycats
these folks are living off of what other's built
and driving them into the ground or stealing their assets
Bullocks...
According to the whistleblower, in one team within QCT, every single general manager is now Indian. The CFO has set a goal to have 30 percent of the workforce in the U.S. and 70 percent in India. Additionally, at Qualcomm's recent 40-year-anniversary celebration in San Diego, roughly three-quarters of the attendees were Indian.
Q has been phenomenal abusing young talent using office politics. Many of their mid tier managers exhibits Machiavellian behavior and steal unfair share bonus.
Unethical business practice some time illegal [ that is why many antitrust cases against Q]
Nepotism in all senior management positions. Stealing underlings' ideas. Jealousy of those who work for them then force them out and call it cost savings instead of saving your own hide. Putting anyone over 40 on a list to be laid off except those in senior management. Really slims down the pyramid and keeps qualified employees from taking old guard positions. You name it this place is one of the worst.
