Dont count unless you have OT Opps attached to them? They are really trying to make it harder to meet metrics arnt they? Seems like a pre cursor for them to excuse you from your role since you didnt hit their "metrics".

I agree! Metrics schmetrics. If your metrics are bad it’s because they want rid of you.

It’s crazy what they’ve done to this company.
It's all about to change either way, none of these metrics matter. And when you have a potential nice size deal, noone can help, no back-bone "I don't know how to do that", says the manager. It's like pulling teeth trying to get new biz- not because we can't get in the door, but there is slow and subpar support to execute to GET the business. It's borderline laughable.
