Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Still A Lot of posts about Survey Inaction

I’d just suggest that you don’t fill the surveys out next time.
Corey A. point blank said he Read them and Shred them.
He’s convinced he won’t be fired for making such statements.
That speaks volumes about our company.
Back in the day, what Corporate Executive would say that to employees?

Corey "the dog" Anthony doesnt have a mind of his own. Hes trained like a loyal dog to follow his master, stankey. Hes not gonna go against stankeys narrative of 5 day rto.. you dont bite the hand that feeds u. Without stankey, hes a nobody and he knows it. He has zero spine and no thought process. A very hostile being to add to that, its a sign of low IQ and EQ.

We talking about our former Chief Diversity Officer, Corey A? Because we're going to pretend like we never had a DEI strategy when we get in front of FCC for Lumen approvals. Just want it to be known Corey is our former Chief Diversity Officer. He can answer a lot about our DEI initiatives that have been erased from our website. Just In case FCC happens to stumble upon this!

Said it before and will say it again - you have to record and leak these town halls like this Corey Anthony one. I know for a fact that the CMO was really p!ssed about her response to people blasting the presence reports got leaked because it made it look like she was undermining Stankey. When they mess with people’s lives with RTO and layoffs, that’s not a big deal to her. When dirty laundry gets out in public, she freaks out.

Stankey had to spend multiple news cycles defending his rant and it didn’t make him or the company look good.

If this Anthony really ‘read and shred’ feedback and dismissed it, get it out there! Make him and the company have to time dealing with the fallout.

It may not change conditions, but it makes them look like buffoons to the world and that’s worth it.

He’s short sighted because eventually it will become increasingly obvious that the company won’t be able to compete with other companies in hiring.

Things go full circle, if the folks at the top were smart, they’d realize how damaging this is to the company’s reputation. Going to be difficult to hire replacements. Going to be a lot of retirements in the next few years and they are hard pressed getting younger and mid level people to work here.

We’ve been conditioned to think that his behavior was normal. It’s not respectful of the employees in his organization. That said, he’s aware he won’t be fired for it.

Was that before or after he said “Ten toes down while I’m standing on business”

The ones I know went to work at universities or in government. Not a lot of private sector interest in employees well-versed in gaming counterproductive metrics to assuage the whims of incompetent bureaucrats.
