Smaller companies don’t want to pay to remodel. HR and properties all go to the same conferences where they huddle and learn of the next big move and then play copy cat with the other company. Like Wells would look to Chase and then just copy what they are doing. What amazes me is how much Wells is paying for these remodels. I am sure the properties people are getting big perks for engaging certain designers to create the perfect neighborhood space. Garbagte
I left wells this year and my new place does not have neighborhood seating. We have assigned spots with name tags and everything.
I only tell my closest friends there but I really recommend people leave and stop waiting for severance. You will be so much happier.
