Thank you.
We don’t need performative corporate cr-p when our livelihoods are on the line.

Stop attending, stop watching. Problem solved.
We could save 45000 work hours and increase productivity by skipping these no new information town halls. MKW may not have “seen” the questions previously, but he certainly was briefed on them. And the questions in the room were staged.
Someone forgot to show LL the video of KM doing a much better job at asking real questions with the stack of printed out questions on her lap a couple of years ago. Also, what was up with all the head bobbing?
Beatings will continue until morale improves.
He needed corp affairs to host the Q&A lol to stroke his ego and make him look good. Publicity stunt to the core after this reorg morale mess!
This was a complete waste of time.
The American people and America built Chevron. This narcissist in chief is handing it all to India. Bravo MW. Bravo.
He needed a canned opportunity to complain about the WSJ article referring to him as “mean.” Corp affairs distilling all our questions to soft ba--s. Disgusting. Bring KM back for questions…at least she was genuine enough to relay our questions as intended and ask them even if they were “hard.”
Couldn’t agree more. He could do another wasted slick 7 minute video and convey the same cr-p more efficiently.
they need the town halls to help absolve themselves of their sins.. or at least feel like they are... next time you go you should ask 'at what point does outsourcing/layoffs become unethical' ?
