I worked at Intel 3 decades ago, and this was true even back then. So much useless bureaucracy, so many pointless meetings, and lots of people who were clearly milking do-nothing adult daycare jobs. I imagine it's the same today.

inefficient employees process and culture. can easily go to 55K eliminate waste and more productive. Look at all our peer companies they can do it, why can't Intel?
