@e6 create KPI for the sake of having KPI to show, some of them are pointless . The management just want to show they are very busy and hardworking

I worked at Intel 3 decades ago, and this was true even back then. So much useless bureaucracy, so many pointless meetings, and lots of people who were clearly milking do-nothing adult daycare jobs. I imagine it's the same today.
