Humana is letting go of many leaders. If history is an indication, expect some to land at Centene. Ex-Humana people have been disasters at Centene, but we still hire them. Why?????

It's truly mind-boggling what IT has become under LeClaire.
Everything has become a need to chase funding for anything/everything to be worked and tallied under. Our Project Managers have their own Project Managers. An organization comprised of:
80% PMs, Scrum Masters, glorified email senders
10% IT Managers (who actually understand what needs to be done)
10% people who actually do the work or at least know the work
It's exhausting. And those 10% non-Managers? Don't expect a meaningful raise or promotion because you're too valuable to move and lolgoodluck in the external job market.
Who's the worst of them all from Humana?
We are here to put the H in Centene!
We are legion We do not forgive. We do not forget. Expect us.
So many of them broke non solicit agreements and yet Humana did nothing.
The Humana hires are terrible, especially the director level nepo hires.
This is super negative. Why? Have faith in people and the hiring process
Look at the IT leadership team. Mostly ex-Humana cronies of Brian L.
Christa Jewsbury-Marshall, VP Special Investigation Unit Compliance
Marisa Versen, Sr. Director, Compliance Advisory (Marketplace) both came from Humana
Brian LeClaire. That's it. Not a skill-based hire. Not a hire with hopes of improving anything. Just cronyism, plain and simple. I've never been a part of something so blatant, while simultaneously being massively unsuccessful.
