A band 4 and up house cleaning is in order. Some may say band 5 too, but they are the lowest level of upper management and they really just execute.
For the band 4s, most are in the wrong job for the wrong reasons. Some is DEI for sure, but mostly its about political connections.
Its no coincidence the downhill slide started once Vodaphone was bought out. Up until then the wireless Area/Region structure kept the Death Star in check.

CMO is another DEI hire. Verizon has put on the most disturbing commercial of a mouth talking from a mans chest. Verizon needs to test for edibles.
After 40 years in Verizon it’s beyond disturbing hiring unqualified DEI CMO and Chief Information SVP.
