A federal judge in the Northern District of Illinois on Monday granted preliminary approval of a $5.7 million class-action settlement resolving claims that Cigna misled customers with inaccurate “ghost network” directories of in-network.

They will just toss in some more job eliminations to help pay for that.

Not surprised at all. The “directory validation” team is lead by some of the most arrogant and incompetent “leaders” at Cigna. I hope LexusNexus is doing a better job (but likely not if they are taking direction from those buffoons.). Wonder what state will be next?
