If the company doesn’t deliver an experience that matches the price point, customer retention will become a bigger issue - one the new owners will need to address.
Leaders can’t lead, managers can’t manage, and developers can’t develop. What do you expect?
A friend of mine tried to wean the company off Alteryx. They are starting to move out in favor of Azure. However, they do need to stay married another year to the sh-tshow.
