The Director/Manager's daughter got hired on making 65K+ as a Business Analyst with a Bachelors Degree in Fashion and no prior health care experience. When normal people don't get looked at unless you have at least 1+ of health care experience. But if you have the right last name and NO experience you can just be handed a job. NO need to work for it.

$65k is pretty darn good for fresh out of college with no experience and a non-technical degree in this job market/economy. Not to mention, that we have had multiple layoffs this year. Lots of your colleagues that were laid of early in the year have yet to find work.
We can only hope they didn't lay someone off to accommodate this.
65k is not a good salary in 2025, and this kind of thing happens at every company every day. Not sure what to tell you.
