Stay on topic. It's a video for a Christmas gift. Nothing more. There are thousands of older posts about the company's financials. This wasn't one of them.
Just another Stankey diversion tactic. Let's focus on the overall financial health of at&t. Nice doesn't count, positive financial results are what really matter. Stankey has lead this company down a deep dark path, incurring $135B in debt as well as vaporing $200B of equity.
It was simply a 'kind' gesture; no need to read anything else into it...similar to the Good Samaritans who pay off people's layaways or pay for their groceries. Perhaps you should try being kinder instead of the other.
