@c1 not true. These cuts will only affect some of the existing contractors, none of the employees. Replacing contractors from high paying regions with Indian resources makes sense financially. PS teams have been working with Indian contractors for years.
Most PS implementations will be outsourced and remote...expect big staffing cuts across current PS Org.
