My take- AI layoffs coming. HR gearing up to handle. Heard Natl Genl is now on all Allstate computers and systems. IT will be hurt. More unnecessary extras in same roles will be riffed. Waiting to see when. What do you think? What have you seen or heard? Packages?

Nat Gen will be gutted — well know. purchased for premium book the workforce is subpar sorry. But go ahead say Im wrong and WATCH youll see the lifer culture here you will all be gone within 2-4 years tops. C ya.

This is all so Tommy can (finally!) retire. He wants to go out with a record profit year. The RIFs will fund that. Whatever chaos the next year and irreparable structural damage the ensuing years suffer will be blamed on his short-lived successor.
