Where will the NS Dispatchers go?????

UPRR’s dispatchers are non union cheaper labor…… I guess the NS dispatchers will be looking for new work….

UP dispatchers are non-agreement. They are sitting ducks unless they unionize.

UP dispatchers are bumpkins and don't understand collective bargaining agreements. Hopefully the ATDA has some spine to fight for the craft.

Good luck getting them to pay. when Conrail was absorbed, some crafts got paid when others didn't. Told our craft we didn't qualify.

If the Surface Transportation Board approves the merger and it affects your job, you are covered by the New York Dock Workers Agreement.

That agreement refers to Section 9 of the Washington Job Protection Agreement in outlining severance pay.
