@d5 what is the notice period required? I heard there will be more layoffs week of Nov.3
Don’t have this confirmed though.
Bny definitely isnt going by ghe warn act. Around last march they put out notice for 25 layoffs in oriskany. Around oct/nob there were well over that number let go and there was no notification through that requirement
I thought BNY was disguising their layoffs though? Meaning how in 2025 they wanted 10% of staff removed by the use of PIPs and looks like in 2026 the number may be 25% of staff removed through PIP use.
BNY is slowly terminating staff over a 2.5 year period of time through the use of PIPs, it hides how they are off-shoring jobs and implementing AI.
