click on the big headline in Teamworks. perf review cycle starts today and they layout the timeline.
self evals start in the coming days. managers will have their initial ratings in the system by end of Oct and calibrations will take place first part of nov, however everything is subject to change up until mid January
Until the manager delivers the review in late January, it can be changed in the system.
A rating can be lowered even into the first week of the new year. The leaders are more than happy to increase the number of people below meets if you give them the opportunity. Do it.

Bonus decisions aren't made for months, so you aren't slackin for a while.
